Mountain Wildflower Tour Join a spectacular tour through the best wildflower meadows and berry patches, past an abandoned silver mine and to the most breathtaking view points of the Okanagan Valley and Monashees Mountains. Mountain Birding
We have a pre-breakfast birding tour that will put a song in your heart. Our naturalist guide will share insights into the lives of sub-alpine birds: White-crowned Sparrows, Mountain Chickadees, Cross-bills, Whiskey-jacks, Stellar Jays, Ravens, and more! Bring your binoculars. Tour takes 1.5 hours following easy and level trails.

The Wild Side of Silver Star Weekly Presentation Roseanne Van Ee will be in the village plaza with a display featuring Silver Star’s fascinating wildlife & colourful history. Find out about bears, wildflowers, the gold mining era and lots more! Kids can get their picture taken wearing a bearskin suit.
Display and presentation runs every Thursday at noon.
