Extended 08/09 Season - Ski Longer!
New this year, more ski/ride time early or late season. Single mountain season pass holder's can ski/ride at the other mountain for free if your home mountain is closed. Silver Star pass holders will be able to spring ski at Big White for free from April 13th to April 19th (limited services).
You want moresummer grooming; both mountains are making it a priority this summer. Silver Star and Big White have started an extensive brush cutting and run cleanup program which will enable us to open more runs earlier and facilitate better grooming throughout the season.
You want new features in the two TELUS Parks; our terrain park teams are out sourcing the latest and greatest in park design. Watch for cool new features this year!

Winter Benefits
Adult Pass holders are entitled to 2 X 25% off day lift tickets for a guest when accompanied by the season pass holder.
All child and youth Season Pass holders get 1 free 2 hour tubing ticket.
All Season Pass holders, Silver Star and Big White, get 1 free Nordic Lesson at Silver Star.
Summer Benefits
All Season Pass holders, Silver Star and Big White, will receive 25 % off scenic chairlift rides all summer at Silver Star.

Add the dual mountain option to your pass and you'll have paid it off by your second visit to the other resort.
Want more winter fun? You can add unlimited tubing and skating to your season pass for as low as $99 for adults and $79 for kids. Don't forget to pack your puck and hockey sticks, and be sure to dress warm.
One of the best extra values you can get. You can buy half price group lessons with your season passes. Make sure you get enough for the kids and don't forget yourself - even book for the entire season. Everyone can always use a little technique tune-up! Limited quantity available and must be booked before the September 21st Early Bird cut-off.

Electronic waivers have been discontinued this year. ALL pass holders purchasing a season pass must sign a new paper ‘Release of Liability’ form prior to the issuing of your season pass. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Release of Liability
All pass holders must sign and initial a release of liability document without changing or deleting any part of the agreement, which waives certain legal rights, including the right to sue Big White Ski Resort Ltd. and/or Silver Star Ski Resort Ltd. Children under 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. Only the original Release of Liability agreement is accepted.

*ALL FREE passes are subject to a $20 processing fee.
Spread the cost of your season pass across three months. Pay the first installment by September 21 and supply us with two post-dated cheques or credit card details for October 15 and November 15 payments.
*A $25 financing fee will be applied for individual pass holders, or $75 for a family. All returned cheques will have a $45 NSF charge.
You are eligible for a refund in the event of an injury, medical illness or job relocation (Okanagan residents only), which prevents you from skiing or snowboarding for the rest of the season. Get the assurance of a pro-rated refund for only $25 per person or a $75 fee covers the family as outlined below:
The refund option must be purchased at the same time as your season pass, without the refundable pass option, passes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
You are eligible if your employer transfers you, making it necessary to move your residence outside a 200km/125mi radius form the resort, provided that the date of transfer is at least 45 days after the purchase of the season pass (Okanagan residence only).
If you need to request a refund, we must receive your written request within 15 days of notification, stating the location, date and length of relocation.
If your parent, spouse, or child is a refundable pass holder and must cease participation due to injury or illness, you are also eligible for a refund. The refund is limited to one additional claimant.
The refundable pass option does not cover: non-participation caused by or contributed to by intentional self-injury; non-participation due to emotional disorders or pre-existing conditions unless you are hospitalized; non-participation due to normal pregnancy; or any injury or illness that does not prevent the participation of skiing.
All refund requests are subject to Silver Star Mountain Resort's discretion of approval.
Silver Star Mountain Resort's interpretation of the above conditions is final.
