Camp Descriptions
Intermediate Camp – Riders should be riding all blue trails and exploring blacks runs. Camp will focus on increasing rider confidence and stability on their bikes. We will examine riders’ body position and angles to help increase speed and flow on the trails. Specific attention will be paid to cornering, small jumps and drops and other technical aspects of riding.
Advanced Camp – Riders must be comfortable riding all blue and black trails. Camp will focus mainly on freeride aspects such as jumps, drops, burmed corners and higher speeds. Attention will be paid to adjusting poor habits to help riders bike faster and more smoothly down trails. As well as help incorporate more freeride components into your riding.
Both camps will require a good level of fitness and a mountain bike in good working order. (Rental bikes are available at Ski Dazzle) A helmet is mandatory.
Recommended are leg & arm armor, as well as gloves, hydration pack and riding gear for all weather types.
