Silver Star Ski Resort Ltd. is pleased to announce that Silver Star Holidays - Property Management Division is moving forward with plans to expand our property management business and provide service to vacation home/condo owners within Silver Star Mountain Resort.
Silver Star Holidays is a division of Silver Star Ski Resort that operates as a call centre making reservations throughout the resort. Silver Star Holidays currently represents Snowbird Lodge, the Silver Lode Inn, the Pinnacles Suites, the Lord Aberdeen, and Silver Star Club Resort including the Vance Creek Hotel, Chilcoot Conference, and Silver Creek Lodge. We will also be representing home owners in Alpine Meadows and
Firelight developments.

Listing your property with Silver Star Holidays Property Management will provide the following advantages for your investment.
Representation by our staff in the Silver Star Holidays call centre through our 1-800 number and web-site.
Representation by our sales team and Silver Star Ski Resort through our marketing and promotional materials. Please note that this will not be directed to one individual property but by type of property. For example Vacation Homes.

accommodation through Silver Star Holidays.
Representation through preferred Wholesale tour operators worldwide.
One stop shopping for all guests through Silver Star Holidays. This is a

History of booking the majority of reservations throughout the vacation

Space will be limited to the number of units Silver Star Holidays property management can maintain while meeting the necessary standards required by Silver Star Holidays.

We kindly ask you return the completed agreement to Dons attention if you would like to be considered for placement in the Rental Management Agreement with Silver Star Holidays. As we have already started to receive and confirm
bookings for 2008/09 the sooner you can complete and return the package the sooner we can start to make reservations into your property.
