| Description:Silver Star is currently recruiting for the position of paintball shift lead. This is a full-time seasonal position for our summer 2008 operations.
The position will include, but not be limited to: assisting the paintball field manager, assisting with supervising operations on a daily basis, insuring safety and security standards are respected, maintaining paintball field, organizing, preparing, following and scheduling games, keeping up with opening and closing procedures, inventory and equipment checks and other related supervisorial tasks.
Silver Star Paintball will be open Wednesday through Sunday, from 12pm to 8pm, from June 26th until September 1st and only on weekends until October 1st (depending on weather conditions). Group bookings are also available for any other day of the week.
Candidates must be willing to work on a compressed schedule, 10 hours per day/4 days a week and according to the level of business and group reservations.

• Enthusiastic
• Energetic
• Physically fit
• Capable of working outside in all weather conditions
Prior supervisorial experience, guest service experience, cash experience and computer skills are mandatory.
Previous paintball operation experience will also be considered for this position.
A valid driver’s license and level 1 First-Aid are also mandatory to be considered for this position.
