NEW this season! Join Faye Armstrong, Personal Trainer, as she guides you through a one hour indoor biking workout.
Use a spinning bike in the N.A.T.C. or, if you have your own bike at home, join the class via Skype.
Each class will include a warm-up, main set, and warm-down. Every week will have a different focus to add variety and progression.
Dates & Times:
Starting Tuesday, January 2, 2018 through to March 25, 2018
- Monday 4:00pm & 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am
- Wednesday 4:00pm & 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am
*You must be an N.A.T.C. member
If attending class at the N.A.T.C.:
- All 6 bikes have cages to wear regular gym shoes
- 3 of the 6 bikes also have SPD clips for cycling shoes
- Arrive early to get your first bike choice
- Please bring water and a towel
- Feel free to bring your own music & headphones
- Limited to 6 people and you must register in advance for either 4, 8 or 12 classes
- $50 for 4 classes, $90 for 8 classes, $120 for 12 classes
If attending via Skype
- Register online for the class you’d like to attend at least 15 minutes before class start time
- $8 per class
