Careers Guest Services - SnowSports, Sales & Services Supervisor

The Sales and Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the sales desks within Guest Services and Snowsports School, which include the Adults Desk, The Adventure Centre Desk as well as the Call Centre.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Train and motivate the Sales and Service Team, (Hold daily morning Huddles)
  • Meet and exceed the needs of our customers through the efficient running of the Sales and Service Team operation
  • Develop a “one stop shop” concept for customers as team knowledge and confidence grows across tickets and other activities
  • Ensure a Sales and Service Culture is implemented and maintained throughout the season to maximize revenue and exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure training manuals and quick reference guides for the Snowsports School & Guest Services Sales Team is kept up to date
  • Ensure all bookings handled by the Sales and Service Team are processed following the booking procedures within satisfactory timescales
  • Ensure that all calls/emails are followed up within one week if no booking made at the time
  • Ensure data entry of sales team is accurate
  • Ensure all tours each week are running, not over booked, all data entry correct and accurate
  • Ensure all cash outs and day end accurate, following cash handling and close out procedures
  • Ensure all CSC surveys are completed and data is entered correctly
  • Work the Sales and Service Areas on a daily basis
  • Responsible for the distribution and promotion of Snowsports School Programs in resort
  • Responsible for the poster distribution in resort
  • Responsible for creating the Weekly Events Sheet
  • Responsible to ensure all daily tours run, and are booked in accurately in the resort
  • Handle customer comments/questions/concerns
  • Assist the Guest Experience Manager alongside the Resort Sales Director in developing and implementing sales strategies within the Snowsports School and Guest Services to drive specific products
  • Develop and maintain Policies and Procedures

  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office (Excel) and POS systems

  • Knowledge of CSIA, CASI, CANSI or CSCF Certification an asset

Hours:

  • Per week range between 25-40 F/T
  • Operation hours can range from 7:45am till 8pm
  • 8.5 month position - staring mid July 2021 to April 2022
