May 11 Update: Thank you to our passholders - voucher information

Thank you for your patience as we focused on supporting our staff and community during these challenging times. Now, we’re shifting focus to our loyal guests and passholders.

As a thank you to our loyal passholders, and in response to the impact COVID-19 has had on the 2019/20 season, we will be issuing 2019/20 Season passholders, and POW passholders with unused days, a voucher for use toward any 2020/21 season or POW pass product. The voucher value is based on the type of product purchased for the 2019/20 season and will be good through the 2020/21 season so that you can apply it when you are ready.

Additionally, we have a SilverStar Passholder Promise that will give you peace of mind when planning for the 2020/21 Season. More details on vouchers and passholder promise click here

While we were all looking forward to some great spring conditions, we’re grateful for the amazing snowfall and season of fresh turns we did have and want to thank all who joined us.

It is our intention to be open this Summer using the guidelines set out by the Government and health experts. We are looking forward to warmer weather and to seeing our community being able to return to the active, adventure lifestyle we love so much.

May 4 Update: Summer Bike Season

To our summer biking community: we understand you are eager to get back to what you love, as are we. It is our intention to be open this summer using the guidelines set out by health experts.

Our focus as always, will be on keeping our guests and staff safe. We also have to be patient as the snowpack is still a long way off from dirt. We are looking forward to warmer weather and to seeing our community being able to return to the activities we all love.
